Mengapa Kaviar Dianggap Kelezatan?Kaviar adalah kelezatan alami. Ini adalah makanan bergizi, dikemas dengan protein, asam amino, zat besi, dan vitamin B12. Setiap langkah dalam mendapatkan kaviar ke konsumen adalah bagian dari proses yang rumit, waktu dan padat karya. Permintaan akan kaviar sturgeon yang asli selalu lebih besar daripada pasokannya.

Berbagai Jenis Kaviar
Orang telah mengkonsumsi kaviar sturgeon selama ratusan tahun. Mulai tahun 1800-an, telur ikan dipanen dan dikonsumsi dari spesies ikan lain tetapi tidak ada yang mencapai status kaviar sejati. Dari 27 spesies sturgeon, hampir semuanya dapat dipanen untuk telurnya, tetapi beluga, sevruga, dan osetra telah lama mendominasi dunia kaviar.
Kaviar Kaluga. Kaluga adalah sturgeon air tawar besar yang kaviarnya dikatakan sangat cocok dengan rasa kaviar Beluga. Telur kaluga halus dan memiliki rasa mentega yang sedikit asin.
