by Sylvie Pinley (2020-08-19)
So what is Acai? It is a berry from the Acai palm. Curafen It is harvested and processed into juice, pulp and powder. Some companies also add fillers to it in the form of other juices to lower the cost of the product. Acai juice contains a wide range of essential fatty acids, nutrients and antioxidants. It has been linked to increased energy, weight loss and gentle detoxification. It is currently being used by many people in the United States and in other countries and so far there have been no reports of potential Acai side effects from any of these users. In effect, since it is simply a berry, it would be similar to someone having side effects from eating a raspberry or a blueberry. Not a common occurrence! If you have any concern over adding Acai to your nutrition program, first consider your health level. Do you currently experience allergic reactions to many common foods? If so, take it slow with Acai, trying just a quarter of an ounce of Acai juice or a quarter of the suggested dosage of a powder or pulp version. Also consider speaking with your health care provider about adding it to your diet. Keep in mind though, that out of hundreds of thousands of users, there have not been any cases brought before the medical community, showing a very low likelihood of allergic reactions or side effects. If you do not have extreme allergies, start at the recommended dose and give it at least a week. After a week of listening to your body, you will be able to intuit whether Acai is a good choice for you or not. Keep in mind that the indigenous tribes people in the Amazon consume much, much more than a standardized dose, and still experience no Acai side effects.
