Wildfit

by Sylvie Pinley (2020-07-30)

Well there are two ways you can raise your metabolism. Wildfit One is the right way and the other is the wrong way. The right way is to exercise. Exercise raises metabolism, which burns calories. Of course there are different forms of exercise and the trick is doing those that take the least time but raise metabolism the most. The wrong way is to use drugs or supplements that artificially raise metabolism. Supplements on the internet claiming to raise metabolism usually do nothing of the sort. But you can get prescription drugs that will do this. The problem being that as with most drugs there can be nasty side effects. Hair loss, raised blood pressure, angina attacks and damage to arteries and veins just to mention a few.You may ask yourself why and the answer is fairly straightforward. If raised metabolism is not doing work, then it will do damage. Think of a car engine. Sitting in the drive ticking over at 1000 revs it is quite happy. Rev the engine to 3000 revs and keep it there all day and it will soon become damaged, as it's not doing any work. But take it on the road and it can stay at 3000 revs all day. If you want weight loss raise your metabolism but be smart. Do the correct exercises, do not go down the artificially raised metabolism route, it's not worth it.A question that is often asked of nutritionists and personal trainers is regarding fasting and weight loss. In other words does fasting lead to weight loss? Well that depends over what time frame that you measure the weight loss.
