How happy can you become? Brain C-13 Anything life has put up against you,unconsciously or unconsciously, you have absorbed and memorised. You have remembered the successful strategies you use everyday to help you overcome OCD, and you can apply those magnificent strategies to so many different areas of your life to help you manage, cope and succeed. You are so incredibly creative, for example who else could have dreamed up something so imaginative as OCD in order for example, that you might mask some real or imaginary pain in your life. Would you be as strong without OCD at your back everyday? How happy can you become? Think about this for a moment. You are a magnificent survivor as you have come through everything OCD has thrown at you (which is considerable) as you learn more and more that OCD really is F.E.A.R (false evidence that appears real) You're the original TERMINATOR. How happy can you become? Everyday you face something ALIEN that you take on, ie the obsession, and are left fielded by the compulsions, (the ALIENS FOLLOWERS and family members) with sometimes little understanding of why, yet you blast them out, taking some hits along the way as you discover that you cannot not learn something about OCD and yourself that you can use tomorrow to move forward You have access to worlds you could never imagined existed without OCD How happy can you become? Can you not see much clearer into the minds and motives of people (including yourself) because of the OCD? Have you not gained more insight than you could ever have imagined because of the OCD. Can you not see the different hues and nuances, the rich colouring of life so much more vividly because of what you know about OCD, and can you not apply what you know to painting the most beautiful of pictures within your life precisely because you can, like no-one else, appreciate those precious moments of peace which occur and you are for some reason given. You're a constant and never ending learner...a cybernetic goal machine. YOU ARE UNSTOPPABLE.
