Cara Mengatasi Jerawat dengan Jeruk Nipis dan Madu

Jika wajah Anda sedang berjerawat, Anda bisa mengatasinya dengan campuran jeruk nipis (atau lemon) dan madu. Menariknya lagi, campuran ini bisa juga digunakan untuk menghilangkan bekas jerawat.
Anda mungkin bertanya-tanya, mengapa jeruk nipis dan madu bisa mengobati jerawat? Pendek kata, masih sih?
Menurut beberepa referensi yang saya baca, air jeruk nipis akan mengurangi minyak pada wajah. Dengan demikian, kotoran tidak akan menempel di wajah berjerawat Anda.
Sementara itu, madu mengandung zat antiseptik yang dapat membunuh bakteri penyebab jerwat yaitu P.acnes. Sehingga kulit wajah yang berjerawat tidak semakin meradang.
Untuk mengatasi jerawat dengan campuran jeruk nipis dan madu, berikut tahapan yang perlu Anda lakukan. Pertama, potong jeruk nipis lalu peras airnya sampai satu sendok teh.
Langkah berikutnya, tambahkan satu sendok teh madu pada air perasan tersebut. Aduk hingga bercampur sempurna. Setelah itu, oleskan campuran tersebut pada daerah wajah yang berjerawat.
Diamkan sekitar 30 menit. Terakhir, bilas muka Anda dengan air dingin hingga bersih. Perawatan ini bisa Anda lakukan setiap hari.
