6 - Não se sinta obrigado a completar a placa de forma confiável. Na chance de que você esteja satisfeito, pare de comer, independentemente de ainda haver alimento no prato.

7-Coma apenas em um ponto da casa, por exemplo, na sala da família ou na cozinha. Isso pode sair da propensão para comer em lugares específicos fora do horário do jantar, por exemplo, no local de trabalho, na cama, antes da TV e assim por diante.

8 - Crie uma estrutura de prêmios até o final do dia ou semana após ter tido a capacidade de seguir uma rotina de alimentação com menos calorias. Os prêmios podem ser o que faz você se sentir melhor, independentemente de ir ao shopping center, aparar o cabelo, fazer as unhas, alugar um filme, se ajoelhar, ter relações sexuais e assim por diante. O esforço coordenado de parentes é imperativo neste quadro. A recompensa não deve ser para ficar mais em forma, mas para melhores propensões. Nota: nunca use o sustento como recompensa.
